Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By adding or using the BRC assistant (“the Service”), provided by 주식회사 비알씨컴퍼니 (BRC Company, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a Google Chat app that answers questions about commerce operations — orders, shipping, returns, inventory, and sales — by retrieving your organization’s live data on a read-only basis and presenting it in natural language. It is an informational tool and does not modify any of your systems.

3. Authorized use

The Service is intended for authorized users designated by BRC Company. You agree not to attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, to circumvent access controls, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Information “as is”

Answers are generated from live third-party data (e.g., Cafe24, EzAdmin) and an AI model, and are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Figures are point-in-time snapshots and may change. The Service is a convenience aid and is not a substitute for the underlying source systems. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it for material decisions.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party platforms including Google (Apps Script, Gemini, Google Chat), Cafe24, and EzAdmin. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms, and their availability is outside our control.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRC Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on information provided by the Service.

8. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (대한민국), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
