Privacy Policy

1. Overview

주식회사 비알씨컴퍼니 (BRC Company, “we”, “us”) operates the BRC assistant (also “에리얼카럽 CS 어시스턴트”), a Google Chat app that answers questions about your commerce operations — orders, shipping, returns, inventory, and sales — using your store’s live data. This policy explains what information the app accesses and how it is used.

2. Information the app accesses

• Your message and identity in Google Chat. When you send a message to the app, we process the text of your question and your account identifier (email / display name) — solely to generate a response and to verify that you are an authorized user.
• Your organization’s commerce data. On demand, the app reads data from your Cafe24 store (orders, products, shipping status, sales) and from EzAdmin (return / logistics status). This access is read-only.

3. How we use information

• To interpret your question and compose an answer, the text of your question is sent to Google’s Gemini API for processing.
• To restrict the app to authorized users only (an allowlist based on email address and/or Chat space).

4. What we do not do

• We never create, modify, or delete data in your store. The app is read-only.
• We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
• We do not persistently store your messages or personal data. Each request is processed statelessly; only service credentials (API keys / tokens) are stored securely.

5. Third-party services

To provide the service, information is processed by:

• Google — Apps Script (hosting), the Gemini API (answer generation), and Google Chat (delivery).
• Cafe24 — your store’s order, product, and sales data.
• EzAdmin — return / logistics data.

6. Google API Services — Limited Use

The app’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the app’s stated features and is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

7. Data retention & security

The app does not retain conversation content. Service credentials are stored in Google-managed Apps Script “Script Properties” and are used only to authenticate read-only requests to the services above. Tokens are refreshed automatically and can be revoked at any time.

8. Your choices

You can stop all processing at any time by removing the app from your Google Chat space, or by contacting us to be removed from the authorized-user list.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
